In this Scan to BIM project, a laser scanner
has been used to capture an accurate 3D
scan of the real world conditions.
This complex object is divided into
3 separate parts aka smaller buildings.
These are the buildings A, B and C.
Part A is the residental part of the building
overseeing the north and south sides
for better insulation. Part B is the
manufacturing part of the building, also
used for storaging as is the southern part
of the building, named part C.
The primary goal of modeling this building
was to make a digital copy of it for easier
and cost efficient renovations which held
place after the modeling.
