The site is forseen to build a residential only
building that would meet modern living
conditions. It is surrounded by other
buildings with the same height - G+2.
Good insolation and the view towards the
river is not in any way abrupted. Therefore
there was a need for a lot of big windows,
as for the balconies. The visual barrier and
privacy is still possible via brise soleil system.
Materials used are natural: wood and stone.
There are 5 apartments predicted to be built,
which consist of 2 different types.
On the west side of the ground floor is
proposed for one apartment with a garden.
On the same foorplan, but on the east side
is a parking lot. In th basement are the
laundry rooms and pantries.
